1. Definitions and Terminology
- The Company / The Platform: Refers to G.PACK, its management, and authorized representatives.
- The Client / The User: Refers to any corporate entity, business, institution, or individual browsing the website or ordering manufacturing and printing services through it.
- Services: Includes the design, printing, and manufacturing of customized packaging materials (packaging solutions), paper printouts, commercial stickers/labels, aluminum food container lids, uniform embroidery, and related services.
2. Account Security and Professional Conduct
- The Client guarantees that all corporate and personal data provided (including but not limited to company name, Commercial Registration (CR) number, contact details, and shipping addresses) is completely accurate, verified, and up to date.
- The Client bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities, confirmations, and orders placed under their account.
3. Technical Specifications and Pre-Press Requirements
As a specialized manufacturing and industrial printing provider (utilizing digital and offset technologies), order execution is strictly subject to the following technical parameters:
- Design Approval & Liability: The Client retains sole and complete responsibility for reviewing all design elements, text, dimensions, layouts, and proofreading before final approval. G.PACK shall not be held liable for any typographical, structural, or graphical errors once the design has been formally approved by the Client.
- Color Accuracy & Calibration: G.PACK utilizes industry-leading print production standards to achieve maximum color precision. However, the Client acknowledges and accepts standard industrial variances in color reproduction between digital displays (RGB spectrum) and the final physical printed output (CMYK / Pantone Matching System).
- Artwork File Standards: The Client must submit design files in high-resolution, print-ready vector formats (e.g., PDF, AI, EPS) adhering to exact specified dimensions to ensure optimal production quality and crispness.
4. Intellectual Property Rights and Design Confidentiality
- Client Ownership: The Client retains absolute intellectual property rights over all designs, logos, trademarks, and branding materials uploaded to the platform, and warrants that they possess the legal right and explicit authorization to utilize such assets.
- Content Restrictions: The Platform reserves the right to reject any order or content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, or violates the prevailing legal, cultural, or public policy regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- G.PACK Commitment: We strictly pledge never to reproduce, resell, redistribute, or utilize our clients' customized designs or artwork for any other client or third party. All submitted blueprints are treated as highly confidential corporate assets.
5. Pricing, Financial Transactions, and Billing
- All prices displayed on the website or issued via formal quotations (Quotes) are calculated based on raw material specifications, paper weights, finishing techniques, and production volumes. Prices are subject to adjustment prior to final order confirmation.
- Production cycles and manufacturing workflows commence strictly upon verified receipt of the agreed-upon deposit or full payment, in accordance with the payment terms specified for the account.
- All financial transactions, invoicing, and corporate fees are strictly subject to the financial and tax regulations enforced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
6. Production Timelines, Logistics, and Delivery
- Lead Times: Manufacturing and production turnaround times are professional estimates that vary based on order volume, seasonal capacity, and raw material availability. The production timeline initiates only after final artwork sign-off and payment verification.
- Logistics & Shipping: Final consignments are dispatched and delivered via our network of certified third-party logistics (3PL) partners and shipping providers. While G.PACK ensures diligent coordination for timely dispatch, the company cannot be held liable for delays arising from Force Majeure, customs clearance, or carrier-specific operational delays once the shipment has safely exited our manufacturing facilities.
7. Cancellation, Modification, and Return Policy
- Given that all printed packaging and custom brand assets are categorized as "completely customized products manufactured to unique client specifications", the following rules apply:
- No order may be cancelled, revoked, or structurally modified once it has formally entered the physical production or printing phase.
- The Client is not entitled to returns or refunds unless the final delivered product exhibits a clear manufacturing defect or a substantial, proven deviation from the approved digital proof and technical specifications signed off by the Client.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the judicial laws and regulatory frameworks of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall first be addressed through amicable corporate mediation; failing which, it shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial courts in Saudi Arabia.
9. Amendments to the Terms
G.PACK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become legally binding immediately upon their publication on this page. It remains the Client’s responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
