How to Track Your GPACK Order

GPACK provides a transparent, real-time tracking system for all printing and packaging orders. After your order is confirmed, you will receive a unique tracking number that you can enter above to check your order status at any time.

Order Production Stages

1. Pending: Your order has been received and is in the production queue. Our team reviews the specifications and confirms raw material availability.
2. Designing: Our designers prepare the print files according to your specifications. A proof will be sent via email or WhatsApp for your approval before production begins.
3. Printing: Once the design is approved, actual production starts on our printing machines. This stage takes 3 to 7 business days depending on quantity and product type.
4. Packaging: Finished products are prepared, packaged, and sorted for shipment. This includes quality inspection to ensure all specifications are met.
5. Shipping: Your order is on its way. Contact our support team to get the carrier tracking number for real-time shipment updates.
6. Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve our service.

Where can I find my order number? Your order number is included in the order confirmation email sent to you, or in your account dashboard if you have registered an account.

How long does delivery take? Total delivery time ranges from 7 to 15 business days depending on product type, quantity, and delivery location within Saudi Arabia.

Can I modify my order after confirmation? Modifications are only possible during the Pending stage. Once production has started, specifications cannot be changed.
